Stanor Group Ltd was founded by David Ellingham (Exec Chair) and Patrick De Nieffe.

Sharing a love of sports - mostly different sports- a similar “late middle age” and widely divergent career paths saw the creation of a shared vision about remediation of the aged building stock of the United Kingdom and indeed of Central Europe.

Most of the Social housing, Hospitals and Educational Authorities’ buildings from Cornwall to Cromarty share the same flaws and present the same challenges to the Local Authorities and Housing Associations whose responsibility is providing safe homes and schools to millions in the U.K.

Serendipity has it that David has a long and garlanded career in facilities management and Patrick is an inveterate picker up of technology advances that are usually filed in the “one day” shelf.

The Stanor Group has identified two serious problems within buildings in the United Kingdom: Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) and recurring Damp & Mould. The solution to RAAC is a treatment deploying a solution called Cerarmix. The Stanor Group has signed a 10-year UK Exclusive Licence for the wholesale purchase of the CerarMix material from the Master Licensee based in USA.

The solution to the issue of Damp & Mould is Cerarmist. Stanor Group has signed a 10-year exclusive U.K. wholesale licence for the sale and distribution of this product.

Cerarmist will kill mould on application and when combined with Cerarmix in a paint will stop mould completely forever.
