The Solution
Stanor Group provides an integrated building remediation platform designed to address both structural integrity and environmental health challenges.
Through its exclusive UK partnerships, Stanor Group deploys advanced nanotechnology solutions that strengthen and protect building structures while simultaneously improving the health and safety of indoor environments. This dual approach enables organisations to remediate existing assets rather than replace them, significantly reducing capital expenditure, minimising disruption and delivering long-term protection.
By combining structural preservation with environmental remediation, Stanor Group offers a scalable, sustainable solution for councils, housing associations, facilities management providers and private asset owners across the United Kingdom
The Problem
The UK's built environment is facing two significant and growing challenges: structural deterioration and building health failures.
Across public and private sectors, ageing infrastructure, reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC), water ingress and material degradation are creating substantial financial and operational risks. At the same time, damp, mould and poor indoor air quality have become major public health concerns, with increasing regulatory pressure requiring building owners and operators to act quickly and effectively.
Traditional remediation methods are often costly, disruptive and reactive, forcing organisations into expensive replacement programmes and repeated maintenance cycles. The market now demands scalable, cost-effective solutions that can extend asset life, improve occupant wellbeing and reduce long-term expenditure.
Here a few of the many ways that the introduction of CerarMix & CerarMist can help solve the issues in the U.K.
CerarMist & CerarMix, applied sequentially will effectively kill damp and mould not simply in the short term but permanently.
Stanor advise - where practicable- a stage 1 electro static spray of CerarMist to kill and remove damp & mould, followed by a second stage repaint, the paint( of your choice) having been mixed with both CerarMix and CerarMist in correct quantities.
Stage 2 coats the surface with a super thin ceramic coat impregnated with
molecular “mould killers” which ensure that damp and mould never reappear.
Damp And Mould Not Treated But Eradicated
CerarMix has a proven heat deflection of 98% when applied to building exteriors. It is now accepted that UK residents will face future heatwave conditions more regularly and of greater intensity for decades. El Niño; Atlantic Currents; Sun activity etc are some of the causes but our population feels the effects.
CerarMix, spray applied to new and existing residential, office, hospital etc buildings will benefit from a super thin ceramic “coat “tested to deflect 98% of the Sun’s heat in Summer whilst trapping heat inside in cold seasons.
Heat Deflection
RAAC was used extensively in the latter half of the 20th Century throughout the UK. Today countless buildings have fallen prey to insidious crumbling
concrete and most are in the centre of our lives: apartment blocks; social housing, schools; hospitals; even car parks.
This is where the UK built environment and our citizens work, reside or require in time of need.
RAAC discovery results at best in temporary solutions and emergency alternative accommodation or worst, in demolition and hugely costly rebuild - at a time when the authorities can least contemplate such activity.

Our Technology
Together, CerarMix and CerarMist create a unique dual-technology platform that addresses both the structural integrity and environmental health challenges facing the UK's built environment. This integrated approach enables organisations to protect their assets, improve occupant wellbeing, reduce long-term costs and meet evolving regulatory requirements through a single, scalable solution.
